2. Applicability

These terms and conditions apply to all orders, agreements, and transactions made through the TactiPatch webshop.

By placing an order, the customer agrees to these terms and conditions without reservation.

TactiPatch reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes take effect from the moment they are published on the website.

3. Products and services

TactiPatch sells patches, apparel, accessories, and tickets for airsoft events.

Purchased tickets or registrations for airsoft events are non-refundable under any circumstances.

Product descriptions, images, and specifications are as accurate as possible, but slight variations may occur.

All products are available while supplies last. If a product is no longer available, the customer will be informed as soon as possible and refunded if necessary.

4. Orders and payments

All orders must be paid in advance.

Accepted payment methods: Bancontact, credit card, Klarna, and PayPal.

No minimum order amount is required.

An order is only final after payment has been received.

TactiPatch reserves the right to cancel or refuse an order in case of payment fraud, misuse of discounts, or other irregularities.

After placing an order, the customer receives an email confirmation with order and payment details.

5. Shipping and delivery

TactiPatch ships worldwide.

Estimated delivery time: Belgium: 3 working days, international: 7 to 14 working days.

All orders are shipped via Bpost.

Shipping costs are calculated based on weight and destination and are shown at checkout.

Any customs duties or import taxes on international shipments are the responsibility of the customer.

Delays caused by force majeure, customs procedures, or carrier actions are outside the responsibility of TactiPatch.

If an order does not arrive within the expected timeframe, the customer must contact us within 14 days.

6. Return policy

Customers have the right to return a product within 14 working days of receipt.

Products must be returned complete and in their original, unopened packaging.

Return shipping costs are covered by TactiPatch.

If the returned product is damaged, no refund will be issued.

Custom-made or personalized products cannot be returned.

Refunds are processed within 14 days after approval via the original payment method.

Returns that do not meet the conditions may be refused.

7. Warranty and complaints

No warranty is provided on sold products.

If a product is defective or damaged upon arrival, the customer must report it within 48 hours of receipt via info@tactipatch.be, including clear photos of the issue.

Complaints can be submitted by email and will be handled within 14 days.

If necessary, TactiPatch will offer a replacement product or refund in case of a justified complaint.

8. Privacy and data protection

TactiPatch collects and processes personal data from customers. By placing an order, the customer agrees to the use of this data for order processing and customer service.

Customer data is not shared with third parties, except where necessary for order fulfillment (e.g. courier services).

The webshop uses cookies to improve user experience. Customers can manage cookie settings via their browser.

Customers have the right to access, correct, or delete their data by contacting info@tactipatch.be.

TactiPatch takes appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect customer data against loss, theft, or unauthorized access.

9. Liability

TactiPatch is not liable for damage resulting from improper use of its products.

Liability is in all cases limited to the purchase amount of the product.

TactiPatch is not responsible for indirect damage, consequential damage, loss of profit, or any other damage resulting from the use of its products or services.

Participation in airsoft events is entirely at the participant's own risk. TactiPatch is not liable for accidents, theft, injuries, or damage occurring during events.

10. Promotions and discount codes

Discount codes and promotions are valid only during the stated period and under the specified conditions.

Discount codes cannot be combined with other promotions unless stated otherwise.

TactiPatch reserves the right to modify or cancel promotions at any time.

Misuse of discount codes may result in order cancellation.

Discount codes apply only to webshop products, never to custom orders.

11. Force majeure

TactiPatch is not liable for delays or failure to perform obligations due to force majeure.

Force majeure includes, but is not limited to: natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, government actions, transport issues, war, and failures in internet or payment systems.

If a force majeure situation lasts longer than 30 days, both TactiPatch and the customer have the right to cancel the order without compensation.

12. Applicable law and disputes

These terms and conditions are governed by Belgian law.

Any disputes will be submitted to the competent courts of Belgium.

Customers are encouraged to first attempt to resolve any dispute via info@tactipatch.be before taking legal action.
